1) Are there shipping costs?
There are no shipping costs for shipping within Germany.
Various shipping costs apply for shipping outside of Germany. These can be viewed on the DHL “Versand International” website. Shipping takes place via “package XS”.
2) What payment options are there?
The following payment methods are possible: PayPal, credit card (VISA, Mastercard, Maestro), SOFORT transfer, Shop Pay (Shopify Payments), Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay.
3) How are the goods shipped?
The shipping is done by DHL.
4) How long does shipping take?
Shipping outside of Germany takes 3 to 11 working days. Further information can be found on the DHL “Versand International” website.
5) How big is the product when delivered?
The goods are in packaging (LxWxH=175x70x27mm). The goods and packaging will be sent in an air cushion envelope (LxW=265x180mm). Due to the small dimensions of the shipment, the delivery can usually be delivered in a standard mailbox.
6) How can I return my goods?
You have 14 days from the day of delivery to return your order.
To do this, you can use the sample cancellation form ( click here ), enclose it with the shipment and send the package to the following address:

Be sure to write down your sender details in the package or on the outside so that we can clearly assign your return and process it promptly. The purchase price will then be refunded to you as quickly as possible.
7) Who bears the return shipping costs?
The customer bears the costs of the return.
8) Where are the goods manufactured?
SHAKEBAND is partly manufactured in Germany and partly in the European Union.
9) Which cell phone models fit in SHAKEBAND?
A variety of cell phone models fit into SHAKEBAND because the rubber band is elastic.
10) How can I wash the goods?
We recommend washing SHAKEBAND by hand. When washing in the washing machine, it cannot be ruled out that the goods will be damaged.
11) My shake band is damaged, how can I benefit from my warranty ? Make use?
The warranty law is regulated in Section 437 of the German Civil Code (BGB). This results, among other things, in your right to repair or new delivery.
